2021年河南中医药大学来华留学生汉语进修项目招生信息

一、项目介绍

来华留学生汉语进修项目面向全球招收热爱汉语言的外国留学生。留学生入学后作为普通进修生在河南中医药大学国际教育学院全日制学习汉语，并且深入了解中国文化与中医药文化。本项目学习期限为两学期，学习期满考核合格者可获得结业证书。

二、申请条件

1.非中国籍公民，身体健康，无犯罪记录；

2.学历和年龄要求：

须具有高中毕业以上学历，年龄16岁-45岁之间；

三、语言要求

有汉语基础者优先。

四、申请截止时间

2021年5月31日

五、申请材料

1.《河南中医药大学外国留学生入学申请表》。

2.高学历证明。中英文以外文本须附上经公证的中文或英文的译文。

3.年龄不满18岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。

4.《外国人体格检查表》扫描件。申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查表》中要求的项目进行检查，并且在照片上加盖骑缝章，检查医师和医院签字、盖章。

5.《无犯罪记录证明》原件或经过公证的复印件，中英文以外文本须附经过公证的中文或英文译文。若已在中国高校学习，可用原就读学校的中文《在校表现证明》作为无犯罪记录证明。

6.汉语水平或英语水平证明或同等语言能力证明。已获得HSK成绩报告的，请将复印件附在申请材料中。

7.护照（照片页）和来华签证页扫描件。

六、申请流程

在规定时间内，登录“”（）网上申请。

七、录取流程

1.凡被本校录取的汉语进修生，由我校发给《河南中医药大学录取通知书》和《外国来华留学人员签证申请表》（JW202表）；

2.凡被本校录取的进修生应持本人护照、《录取通知书》、JW202表、《外国人体格检查记录》、《血液化验报告》前往当地的中国使（领）馆，办理入境学习（X）签证；

3.按《录取通知书》规定的时间，持相关申请材料原件到河南中医药大学国际教育学院办理入学手续以及在华居留手续。

八、费用标准（以人民币为单位）

1.报名费：人民币600元。

2.住宿费

（1）单人间：960元/月/人；（2）双人间：480元/月/人。

九、缴费方式

报名费、学费等费用在入学后缴纳。

Chinese Language Learning Program Admissions in 2021

1 Program Introduction

The Chinese language program for international students at Henan University of Chinese Medicine (HUCM) is recruiting foreign students who love Chinese culture. After entering the university, the students will study Chinese in the School of International Education of HUCM. Meantime, they will also have the opportunity to get a better understanding of Chinese culture and traditional Chinese medicine culture. The study period of this program is two semesters, and those who pass the examination will get the certificate of completion.

2 Application Requirements

2.1 Applicants must be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China, be in good health, and have no criminal record.

2.2 Between the age of 16 and 45 and have a high school diploma (or higher) when applying for the program;

3 Language Requirement

Applicants with basic level of Chinese language are preferred.

4 When to apply

Before May 31^st2021.

5 Supporting Documents

5.1 “Application form of the Henan University of Chinese Medicine for foreign students”.

5.2 Highest diploma (Non-Chinese or English diploma also needs a notarized copy either in Chinese or English)

5.3 Scan of “Foreigner Physical Examination Form”. The applicant should get checked strictly according to the items in the checklist. A physical form with missing items, without the applicant’s photo or seal on the photo, without signature or seal of the doctor and the hospital, is invalid.

5.4 Applicants under the age of 18 are required to submit relevant legal documents of their legal guardian in China.

5.5 Chinese language or English language proficiency certificate or other proof of equivalent language proficiency. Submit a Valid HSK certificate if available.

5.6 Original certificate or notarized copy of the non-criminal record. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be submitted together with notarized copies of the translation in either of these two languages.

5.7 Scan of a valid passport (personal information and photo page) and China visa page if having been to China.

6 Application Procedure

6.1 Register and log in to the Chinese International Students Service System ().

6.2 Fill in your application information and submit your application documents following the requirements of the system.

7 Admission Process

7.1 All the students accepted by the university will be issued with the “Henan University of Chinese Medicine Admission Notice” and the “Foreign Student Visa Application Form” (Form JW202 );

7.2 Any student who is admitted to the university shall take his/her passport, the admission notice, the JW202 form, the “Foreigner Physical Examination Form”, and the blood test report to the local Chinese Embassy for a study (X) visa;

7.3 According to the time stipulated in the admission notice, the student needs to bring the above documents to the School of International Education in Henan University of Chinese Medicine for admission formalities and residency formalities in China.

8 Fees (in RMB)

8.1 Registration Fee: CNY 600.

8.2 Accommodation Fees:

Single room: CNY 960/month

Standard Twin room: CNY 480/ month

9 Payment

The fees shall be paid after entrance.
