2021年广西民族大学广西政府东盟国家留学生奖学金招生简章

为贯彻和落实中央和自治区党委、政府关于推进落实广西与东盟全面合作的部署要求，加强我区与东盟国家的教育交流与合作，不断提升东盟国家来桂留学生的数量和质量，根据自治区教育厅的通知精神，广西民族大学2021年招收广西政府东盟国家全额留学生奖学金本科生、硕士研究生和博士研究生。

一、奖学金招生类别、提供对象和申请条件

1.招生类别：全日制本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生。

2.招生国别：面向所有东盟国家。

3.申请条件：

申请本科生者应具有相当于中国普通高中毕业的学历,年龄在25周岁以下；

申请硕士研究生者应具有学士学位，年龄在35周岁以下；

申请博士研究生者应具有硕士学位，年龄在40周岁以下。

（注：不招学习本国语言或英语、法语等第三国语言文学类专业的学生；奖学金招生名额只用于招收新生，不向已经在华学习的学生提供。）

4.招生专业目录见附件1。

二、广西政府东盟国家留学生奖学金资助项目和标准

1.免交注册费、学费、校内住宿费；

2.提供奖学金生活费,具体标准为博士研究生每月2000元，硕士研究生每月1500元，本科生每月1000元。

3.提供广西政府东盟国家留学生奖学金综合医疗保险。

三、申请办法

1.所有申请材料需为A4格式，一式三份，提交到广西民族大学国际教育学院招生办公室。可用邮寄、面交及托人转交的方式。邮寄推荐使用EMS。

2.申请时间截止至2021年5月31日（以邮戳时间为准）。

四、申请奖学金需提供的材料（一式三份）

1.《广西政府东盟国家留学生奖学金申请表》（见附件2），在电脑上填写、打印后贴上照片。

2.两名相关专业的教授或副教授（推荐硕士研究生）、两名教授（推荐博士研究生）推荐信，须有亲笔签名。

3.经过公证的高学历证明和成绩单。如申请者为在校学生，需另外提供所在学校出具的在学证明（须注明成绩合格，可按时取得毕业证）。

4.6个月有效期（2021年5月31日之前6个月）内的《外国人体格检查纪录表》复印件（申请人应严格按照《外国人体格检查记录》中要求的项目进行检查。缺项、未贴有本人照片或照片上未盖骑缝章、无医师和医院签字盖章的《外国人体格检查记录》无效）（见附件3）。

5.来华学习计划或研究计划（需申请者签名）。内容包括申请奖学金原因、个人学习或工作表现、个人所获的奖励和个人特长等。

6.有效护照复印件。

7.汉语水平考试（HSK）证书复印件。

注：上述申请材料均需为中文或英文，中、英文以外文本需提供翻译件的公证件。

五、奖学金生的录取及来华手续

广西民族大学和广西政府有关部门对奖学金生的申请材料进行审核，并确定录取名单。被录取的学生由广西民族大学发出录取通知书和《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）。请被录取者务必提供有效联系方式和邮寄地址。

被录取的奖学金生应到我驻外使（领）馆申请来华学习签证，按照通知书规定的时间到校办理注册手续。来校报到需提供以下证件：

1.有效普通护照；

2.外国留学人员来华签证申请表（JW202表）；

3.录取通知书；

4.外国人体格检查表；

5.高学历证明及成绩单原件。

2021 GuangXi Government ASEAN Students Scholarship Program

ProgramInformation

1. Programs: Full time undergraduate program, master degree program and PhD program.

2. Nationality: Application open to students from Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) countries.

3. Admission Requirement:

Applicants for undergraduate program should have diploma of senior high school and must be under the age of 25.

  Applicants for master degree program should have bachelor's degree and must be under the age of 35.

  Applicants for doctor degree program should have master 's degree and must be under the age of 40.

(Note: Applicants who plan to pursue academic program for their native language or academic program for English, French, and other non-Chinese-language literature are not considered. Scholarship application is open to new coming students only. This scholarship does not provide support for international students who are already studying in China.)

4.To know more about the programs available at GXUN, please check the documents attached(Attachment 1).

Scholarship Information

1. Registered Fee, Tuition fee, and cost for dormitory on campus are covered.

2. Standard living allowance is provided. 2000 Yuan /Month for doctor degree program, 1500 Yuan /Month for master degree program, 1000 Yuan /Month for undergraduate program.

3. Standard Comprehensive Medical Insurance Plan for International Students is provided.

Application Procedure and Deadline

Applicants for Guangxi Government ASEAN Students Scholarship Program should file their application documents to the College of International Education at Guangxi University for Nationalities, EMS is recommended here.Or you can entrust the materials to someone who could transfer them to us. The application deadline is May 31, 2021 (based on Postmark Date).

Application Documents (Three Copies Required)

1. Application Form for Guangxi Government ASEAN Students Scholarship (Attachment 2)

Please fill the application form with computer and attach your photo to your application form.

2. Two recommendation letters

Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors in the related fields of your study for master degree applicants. Two recommendation letters from professors in the related fields of your study for PhD degree applicants. recommender’s signature must put on the letter.

3. Proof of Bachelor degree or Master Degree and undergraduate or graduate transcript

All proof and transcripts should be notarized in Chinese or English by relevant government offices. If applicants are currently enrolled in an academic program, a letter of enrollment is required. (The letter of enrollment should clarify that applicant is on the path to meet graduation requirements and will graduate on time.)

4. Valid Physical Examination form for Foreigners (Attachment 3).

5. Study plan

Applicants should include reasons for scholarship application, past study or work performance, honors received, personal specialties, and etc.

Notes:Application documents in other languages must be translated in Chinese or English and notarized.

Admission Process and Entry Procedure

Guangxi University for Nationalities and relevant government offices will process all scholarship program applications and finalize a list of admitted students. All admitted students should receive an admission notice and Visa Application for Study in China (JW 202 form). Therefore, please make sure to provide the correct postal and contact information. Admitted students should bring the following materials to local Chinese Embassy or Consulate when applying for a Chinese visa and finish registration process at the College of International Education after arriving on campus by the deadline indicated on the admission notice:
